Cullman City Schools 2011-2012

Kindergarten Registration

will be held at

Cullman City Primary School

on March 21 – 31,  9:00am-1:00pm each day.

 

Children who are living inside the city limits of Cullman and are 5 years old on or before September 2, 2011 will be eligible for kindergarten.

 

The only out of district applications accepted at this time are:

• students whose legal guardian is employed by the Cullman City School System
• students who have older siblings currently enrolled in the Cullman City School System

 

Out of district registration for first time families will be held Monday, May 16, 7:00am-2:00pm

 

All out of district applications are accepted on a first come first serve basis.

 

Documents needed for registration:

 

Original Birth Certificate

A copy will be made and the original returned to you. 

Alabama residents may obtain copies at the Cullman County Health Department.

 

Original Social Security Card

A copy will be made and the original returned to you.

 

Current Alabama Immunization Record (blue card)

State Dept. requires schools to have the original on file.

 

Two Proofs of Residency

Any 2 of the following documents may be presented as proof of legal residence:

1.     Home Ownership Title

2.    Lease or Rent Agreement

3.    Utility Bill
